At MyFirstGym Salisbury, your child will get to choose from 60+ engaging classes on our timetable such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior and more, all taught by awesome professional coaches. Not to mention our functional training program, with our MFGFit 8+ Classes. We have a class for every child 0-15 years old and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family to our club.

Kindergarten Program

MyFirstGym is coming to a Child Care Centre near you! MyFirstGym offers an out-come based program led by our qualified coaches. Through our specialised Kindy Program we will introduce the children to concepts and ideas with a wide variety of different activities with the aim of practicing their hand/eye coordination, spatial awareness, cognitive understanding, whilst building confidence and inspiring a life of movement. Cost: $13 per week Ages – 2.5 – 5 Years

EKKA Carnival Date Night

Saturday 8th August

Step right up for an exciting EKKA Carnival Date Night at MyFirstGym Salisbury! Children aged 4+ years will enjoy an evening of carnival-themed games, fun challenges, and exciting activities in a safe and supervised environment. Pizza is included, making it the perfect night out while parents enjoy a few hours to themselves. Join us on Saturday 8th August, from 5:30pm – 8:30pm. Members: $35 | Non-members: $60.

Super Mario Date Night

Saturday 12th September

Power up for an action-packed Super Mario Date Night at MyFirstGym Salisbury! Children aged 4+ years will enjoy an evening of Mario-inspired games, obstacle challenges, team activities, and plenty of fun in a safe and supervised environment. Get ready for a frightfully fun Monster Mayhem Halloween Date Night at MyFirstGym Salisbury! Open Day Saturday 8th August

Join us at MyFirstGym Salisbury Open Day on Saturday 8th August from 2:00pm – 4:00pm for an afternoon of fun for the whole family! Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Elora
All Rounder
Coach Elora has been part of the MyFirstGym family since she was 16. From Ninja Warrior and Parkour to Junior Development, Elora brings fun to all her classes. She’s studying a Master of Occupational Therapy and loves supporting kids to grow in confidence and ability!
Georgia
Club Manager
Georgia has been working at MyFirstGym since 2019. Georgia is passionate about brining out the best in everyone that walks through the door at MyFirstGym, from our members to the coaches. With a wealth of experience in both coaching and operational processes, Georgia is dedicated to creating a fun and supportive environment everyday at MyFirstGym Salisbury!
Jarred
Assistant Manager & Head Coach
Coach Jarred is our all rounder coach and is a very familiar face within MFG Salisbury and is adored by every single member! Jarred coaches MFG Fit Club, Sports, MFG FIt, Boxing & Ninja Warrior!
