At MyFirstGym North Lakes, your child will get to choose from 60+ engaging classes on our timetable such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior and more, all taught by awesome professional coaches. Not to mention our functional training program, with our MFGFit 8+ Classes. We have a class for every child 0-15 years old and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family to our club.

Get ready for a frightfully fun Halloween Date Night at MyFirstGym North Lakes! Children aged 4+ years will enjoy an evening of Halloween-themed games, spooky challenges, monster-inspired activities, and plenty of fun in a safe and supervised environment. Student Free Day Parkour & Ninja Adventure Friday 4th September

Not sure what to do with the kids on the Student Free Day? We’ve got you covered!
Drop them off for an action-packed day at MyFirstGym North Lakes Student Free Day Parkour & Ninja Adventure! They’ll spend the day tackling exciting Ninja obstacle courses, testing their agility and balance, and diving into parkour vaults, rolls and endless fun.

Whether they’re climbing, jumping, vaulting or rolling our experienced coaches will keep them active, engaged and entertained in a safe, supervised environment while they build confidence, make new friends and create unforgettable memories.

Monday 21st September
Run, dodge, climb and aim in our action-packed Ninja Nerf Holiday Program these school holidays! Kids will take on exciting Ninja obstacles before jumping into high-energy Nerf battles that build agility, coordination, teamwork and strategy, all in a safe and fully supervised environment.
Gymnastics
Wednesday 23rd September
Flip, swing, balance and jump into a fun-filled Gymnastics Holiday Program these school holidays! Children will explore bars, beams, floor skills and exciting circuits designed to develop strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness in an engaging and supportive environment.
Ninja & Ultimate Sports

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Sev
Coach
Sev is one of our fantastic coaches and a familiar face across the gym. You’ll often find him leading our Ninja Warrior, Gymnastics, Boxing and MFG Fit classes. Sev also plays a big role in our Birthday Parties and Holiday Programs, helping create fun, high-energy and memorable experiences for every child. Outside the gym, Sev is passionate about fitness and loves spending his time training at the gym and playing touch football.
Abbie
Club Manager
Abbie brings an extensive fitness background with a passion for creating a fun and inclusive environment! Her qualifications in exercise and sports science, exercise physiology and mental health enhance her ability to support the diverse needs of the club and its members. Abbie works as a strength and conditioning coach at a soccer club in her spare time.
Rachael
Coach and Admin
Rachael, well what can’t she do at MFG North Lakes? She coaches our Junior Development and our Senior Development. She runs Birthday Parties as well as Date Nights. She runs an incredible Parkour class as well as Martial Arts to name a few! In her spare time she loves to Dance and she is a youth leader for her church.
