Looking for a fun night out while the kids enjoy an action-packed evening? Join us for our Book Week Date Night on Saturday, 22 August from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Children aged 4 years and over are invited to come dressed as their favourite book character and enjoy an exciting night filled with: • Ninja Warrior challenges • Games and activities • Dinner included • Special treats. This is the perfect opportunity for parents to enjoy a few hours to themselves while the kids have an unforgettable Book Week adventure with their friends. Members: $35 Non-Members: $50 Places are limited, so book early to secure your child’s spot.

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Aliesha has always worked with children as it is what she is passionate about. With 3 beautiful children of her own, she knows the importance of health and fitness for their development. Aliesha loves to see children grow and shine at MyFirstGym

Franchisee
Matt is a proud father of 4, Police officer for nearly 30 years and the last 10 years with Police citizens Youth clubs, community and mentoring young people, both physically and mentally is a real passion of his. Matt is very proud to be the new owner of MFG Springfield/Redbank Plains and is committed to providing the best experience for your most valuable assets, your children.
Colleen
Assistant Manager
Colleen is a personal trainer and is very passionate about health and fitness. Colleen is proud Mum to 5 daughters and knows how important it is for our younger generation to participate in physical activity to help improve motor development, balance, strength and coordination skills and most importantly improve their quality of life.
