School Holiday Camps

MFG Ninja Warrior

Monday 11th December

The MFG Ninja Camp will challenge our budding young Ninja Warriors and teach them a variety of individual and team-based skills during an action-packed day of fun. This one’s for our kids with lots of energy! Your kids will learn some awesome skills and will be leaping, swinging, rolling and running all day! Members $80 Non-Members $90. Please bring a packed lunch. The camp is Drop & Go and for 5+ Years. The camp will run from 9am-3pm.

Cheer, Dance, Acro & Gymnastics

Wednesday 13th December

Our Cheer, Dance, gymnastics and Acro camps are designed to get children to move using the basic principles of gymnastics, cheer, dance & acro. This camp aims to give children more control over their bodies and focus on demonstrating the correct technique to develop control and relative body strength. Members $80 Non-Members $90. Please bring a packed lunch. The camp is for 5 years. The camp will run from 9am-3pm.

Our Parkour camp has been designed to develop your childs strength, coordination and problem-solving ability while leaping, jumping and climbing through our specially designed Parkour course. Join us for one of our favourite camps. Come join our wonderful coach for a day of Parkour fun! Please bring a packed lunch. Members $80 Non-Members $90. The camp is for 5+ years. Christmas Workshop

Tuesday 19th December

The MFG Christmas Holiday Workshop is the perfect camp to come and celebrate Christmas in style at! Come dressed in your favourite Christmas wear. There will be Christmas crafts, Christmas treasure hunt, cookie decorating, Christmas disco, Ninja Warrior and much more! Members $80 Non-Members $90. This camp is for 5+ years. The MFG NERF Ninja Camp will challenge our budding young Ninja Warriors and teach them a variety of individual and team-based skills during a action-packed days of fun. School Readiness

Wednesday 17th January

MyFirstGym’s School Readiness program has been designed for children who are about to start school and is a great way for them to be introduced to some of the elements of school. It will give them that little boost of confidence they may need to start their school adventure and help them meet new friends that will be attending the same school.This camp is for children starting Prep in 2024. This camp runs from 11:30am-2:30pm. Please have your little dressed in their school clothes and bring a packed lunch.

Baby Explorers

Ages 7-12 Months

Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.

Dingo Pups

4 Year Olds

Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.

MFG Parkour

Ages 5-7 & 8+

Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Aliesha has always worked with children as it is what she is passionate about. With 3 beautiful children of her own, she knows the importance of health and fitness for their development. Aliesha loves to see children grow and shine at MyFirstGym

Franchisee

Matt is a proud father of 4, Police officer for nearly 30 years and the last 10 years with Police citizens Youth clubs, community and mentoring young people, both physically and mentally is a real passion of his. Matt is very proud to be the new owner of MFG Springfield/Redbank Plains and is committed to providing the best experience for your most valuable assets, your children.

Tia

Head Coach

Tia enjoys moving, keeping fit and being healthy. Tia is determined to pass on her experience to others – while having heaps of fun in the process – so children can also benefit from a healthier, stronger, and ultimately a happier version of themselves. The earlier you start, the better.
