Enjoy a worry-free Valentine’s evening while your children have a blast at our Valentine’s Date Night at MFG North Ryde! Designed for ages 4+, kids will take on the Ninja Warrior course, enjoy colouring and games, and relax with a G-rated movie. Dinner is included with pizza, garlic bread, and fruit provided. Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Grace
Coach & Admin
Grace is bringing a strong background in sport and coaching. You’ll most often find Grace in the Fitclub arena or with our juniors, where she’s always encouraging them to push towards new goals. No matter the class, Grace brings great energy and makes sure members leave with a smile.
Sabine
Co-Manager
Sabine first joined the MFG North Ryde team in August 2024. She has a great understanding of coaching in all areas of the program as well as balancing a hybrid position as Party and Events Manager while also overseeing weekend operations. Her professionalism, efficiency, and leadership have made her an essential pillar of our business.
Eliza
Co-Manager
Eliza has been a core member of our team since May 2024, making her one of our most knowledgeable coaches. Her ability to connect with parents has made her a valuable addition to our admin team. While she is versatile across the entire program, her formal qualification in Gymnastics Coaching adds an extra level of specialisation to her skill set.
