Founder & Head Coach

Andrew Gow is the Founder and Head Coach of Embodied Leadership School, with over 15 years of experience across the fitness and franchising industries. With a background in movement and human performance, Andrew has built his career developing people, from coaching individuals to leading high-performing teams and supporting business owners at scale.
Having worked across leadership, operations and business ownership, Andrew brings a practical and well-rounded perspective on what it takes to build strong teams and sustainable businesses. His work focuses on closing the gap between performance and leadership, helping individuals take ownership, step into their role with confidence and lead effectively within their environment.
Andrew is a Business and Performance Coach, as well as a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, Hypnosis Practitioner and Master Coach. His approach blends personal and professional development, grounded in the belief that leadership starts with the individual.
At My First Gym’s Inspire Conference, Andrew will deliver a powerful session on self-leadership and personal responsibility. He will challenge individuals at every level of the business to step up, take ownership of their influence and lead within their role. Through practical insights and real-world experience, Andrew will inspire attendees to move beyond circumstance, lead with intention and create meaningful impact in their teams and communities.
