Glow in the dark Ninja Warrior Date Night

Saturday 24th May

Come join us for our famous date night. Taking ages from 3+ (must be toilet trained) $30 Members $45 Non Members $12.50 Dinner. All date nights run from 5-8pm.

Saturday 14th June

This is the perfect opportunity for you to enjoy a night out while the kids have a blast in a fun, safe environment. When: Saturday 14th June 2025, 5 PM – 8 PM Theme: Minecraft! Ages: 3+ (must be toilet trained) Cost: $30 for members | $45 for non-members Spots are limited, so be sure to book in early! Let us know if you have any questions.

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Kat
Club Manager
Kat has spent the last 10 years working in the fitness industry. Before coming to MyFirstGym, she worked as a personal trainer and owner of F45.

Kat has a beautiful daughter named Isabella, loves coffee and peanut M&Ms.
Ray
Memebrship Consultant and Coach
Ray is a friendly face at the front desk, and a big kid at heart in the gym. She loves working with children and brings the energy into every class. She is always ready with a smile and a song. Whether coaching or helping new members. Ray makes everyone feel welcome.
Lochie
Coach
Coach holds a cert 4 in fitness and brings his passion of sport and movement into every session. He coaches Ninja and Parkour, Sport, and Boxing. Creating fun & engaging classes for everyone. He has scored a goal in the Soccer grand final. Lochie now inspires the next generation to stay active & love sport.
