Ninja & Parkour
TUESDAY 7TH APRIL
A fun-filled day combining Ninja Warrior challenges and parkour skills, designed to keep kids active and engaged from start to finish. The program kicks off with lots of games before moving into obstacle courses, climbing, jumping, and parkour-style movement. Perfect for kids who love to move, explore, and challenge themselves in a playful environment!
Gymnastics
THURSDAY 9TH APRIL
A dynamic gymnastics program focused on fun, movement, and skill building. Kids will play plenty of games while learning key gymnastics shapes and practicing cool skills like cartwheels, handstands, bar tricks, and handsprings. The day also includes a fun circuit to build strength, coordination, and confidence, perfect for anyone wanting to learn something new or improve their skills!
Ninja & Nerf
FRIDAY 10TH APRIL
This action-packed program starts with our Ninja Warrior obstacle course, followed by an exciting Nerf battle session to finish the day. Kids will take part in free-for-all games, capture the flag, and team challenges. Safety goggles are provided, and all games are fully supervised. High-energy, lots of laughs, and always a favourite!

Designed for kids who love a challenge, this program is all about our Ninja Warrior courses. We’ll change the course multiple times throughout the day, introducing new obstacles and exciting challenges such as the ninja wall and rope swinging. With games at the start and challenges throughout, kids stay motivated, active, and having fun all day long!

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Eve
Coach & Admin
Eve brings a bright, bubbly energy to everything she does — whether she’s coaching classes or helping families at the front desk! With a natural talent for working with kids, Eve creates a fun, supportive environment where every child feels welcome and encouraged.
Ray
Club Manager
Ray is a friendly face at the front desk, and a big kid at heart in the gym. She loves working with children and brings the energy into every class. She is always ready with a smile and a song. Whether coaching or helping new members. Ray makes everyone feel welcome.
Lochie
Coach
Coach holds a cert 4 in fitness and brings his passion of sport and movement into every session. He coaches Ninja and Parkour, Sport, and Boxing. Creating fun & engaging classes for everyone. He has scored a goal in the Soccer grand final. Lochie now inspires the next generation to stay active & love sport.
