Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Jarred
Head Coach
Coach Jarred has a background in strength and conditioning and when he is not at MFG he is helping athletes of all ages in sport performance. Jarred is the ultimate coach at MFG coaching from our youngest members in Walking wallabies all the way up to our senior members in MFG Fit. Combine his coaching experience with his passion to develop our coaches Jarred is the MFG Coach!
Jada
Junior Development & Front of House
Jada has been an MFG coach since December 2021. Jada is known for her bubbly and bright personality which shines throughout the club in both our Junior classes and within our Front of House team. Jada brings so much energy and excitement to every class she teaches and you will always find her dancing within her classes!
Georgia
Area Manager
Georgia has been working for MyFirstGym since 2019. Georgia’s favourite part about being Area Manager is getting to experience every aspect of what MyFirstGym has to offer. Georgia loves chatting with all of the members and loves seeing all their smiling faces everyday!
