Gymnastics 4+
Monday 14th April
Find your inner Olympic Gymnast in this camp, where young athletes unlock their full potential through the art of gymnastics! Whether your child is a beginner or an experienced gymnast this camp is all about building strength, flexibility, and confidence while mastering incredible gymnastic skills.
Ninja Warrior & Parkour
Wednesday 16th April
Welcome to the Ninja Warrior and Parkour Camp, the ultimate training ground for young adventurers who love action, movement, and pushing their limits! This camp blends the exciting world of ninja obstacles with the dynamic energy of parkour, creating an unforgettable experience that’s all about fun, fitness, and fearless journeys.
The Floor is Lava
Tuesday 22nd April
Get ready for a lava-tastic adventure! At “The Floor is Lava” camp our explorers will jump, leap, and climb through exciting obstacle courses, encounter extreme games and fun challenges. This is the perfect camp for them to conquer the lava filled course and unleash their imagination.
Fit & Fun
Thursday 24th April
Get ready for the ultimate combination of fitness and FUN at our Fit and Fun Camp! Packed with sports, games, and thrilling challenges, the whole day is an action-packed blast! Jump into team activities, learn new skills, and have a ton of fun with friends in a high-energy environment. The holidays just got a whole lot more exciting, don’t miss out on the fun!

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Alyssa
Club Manager
Alyssa has spent most of her career in the Fitness Industry and Coaching but is now focusing her studies into Business Management, which this role is perfect for her. You will always find her around the club assisting coaches and customers alike. Don’t be afraid to say Hi if you see her around the club!
Sabine
Events/Weekend Manager
Sabine first joined the MFG North Ryde team in August 2024. She has a great understanding of coaching in all areas of the program as well as balancing a hybrid position as Party and Events Manager while also overseeing weekend operations. Her professionalism, efficiency, and leadership have made her an essential pillar of our business.
Eliza
Coach & Admin
Eliza has been a core member of our team since May 2024, making her one of our most knowledgeable coaches. Her ability to connect with parents has made her a valuable addition to our admin team. While she is versatile across the entire program, her formal qualification in Gymnastics Coaching adds an extra level of specialisation to her skill set.
