At MyFirstGym North Lakes, your child will get to choose from 60+ engaging classes on our timetable such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior and more, all taught by awesome professional coaches. Not to mention our functional training program, with our MFGFit 8+ Classes. We have a class for every child 0-15 years old and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family to our club.

Come dressed in your favourite PJ’s. Kids can enjoy the MFG Ninja Warrior Course, Games, Movies and Craft! Age 3+ (toilet trained). Members $30 Guests $45 | 5pm-8pm

We are so excited to have DJ Mark back with his epic light show for Our Christmas Disco. Celebrate the most exciting time of the year with festive fun! Saturday 14th December 5pm-8pm $10 members $15 guests. Parents must stay with their child whilst at the disco unless utilising the Drop and Run.

Enhance the magic of Christmas, this camp is all about the Christmas activities, Christmas Ninja and Christmas craft.

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Josh
Head Coach
Josh is a proud Dad of 1, his Junior development classes are incredibly fun and always very popular. He loves riding his motorbike, dancing and making things with wood. Fun fact: Josh was a member of the Queensland Ballet. In his spare time he teaches wedding couples their first dance.
Laura
Club Manager
Laura has spent her adult life in the fitness industry as Personal Trainer. She is passionate about children being active and healthy from young age and forming healthy habits to take into their later life. Laura’s favourite place to visit is Thredbo with her family on a Ski trip!
Rachael
Coach and Admin
Rachael, well what can’t she do at MFG North Lakes? She coaches our Junior Development and our Senior Development. She runs Birthday Parties as well as Date Nights. She runs an incredible Parkour class as well as Martial Arts to name a few! In her spare time she loves to Dance and she is a youth leader for her church.
