At MyFirstGym Figtree, your child will get to choose from 60+ engaging classes on our timetable such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior and more, all taught by awesome professional coaches. Not to mention our functional training program, with our MFGFit 8+ Classes. We have a class for every child 0-15 years old and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family to our club.

Disco Glow Date Night

Saturday 12th April

Need a night off? It’s the perfect excuse to leave the kids to us and have a break! Join us on Saturday the 12th of April from 5-8pm for a night filled with glowsticks, ninja, pizza and a disco! Ages 4+, dinner provided. $35 for members and $45 for non members. We can’t wait to see you there!

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Energetic Emus
3 Year Olds
This class has activities to work on your child’s balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. We will work on the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, kicking and running. This is also an important time to work on fine motor skills and developing their sensory system.
Cheer
Over 4’s
Our Cheer program will teach your children all the exciting elements of cheer! Cheer classes focus on creating routines which incorporate dance, motions, tumbling, chants, and acrobatics! These routines involve teamwork, rhythm, and synchronisation.
MFG Ninja Warrior
Over 4’s
Children will put a series of movements together, such as leaping, diving, and swinging, to move from one obstacle to the next. They will work on their decision making skills to figure out the best way to get from A to B. This is a fun, high intensity class which will improve cardiovascular fitness.
MFG Fit – Strength & Power
8-15 years
MFGFit is Australia’s first functional training program specially built for 8 -15 years old. The MFGFit experience is engineered to supplement and or complement all sports & activities available. It includes functional circuit based training designed to improve speed, endurance, power, agility and strength. See more on the MFGFit web page.

Holly
Team Leader
Holly is a welcoming face behind the desk, who’s always ready to help. She is a mum herself & you can find her also in classes on a Friday morning with our juniors! Her background in early childhood makes her such a great asset to our team!
Tahlia
Club Manager
Tahlia is our friendly club manager who is always happy to help! She is going on over 5years with MyFirstGym & over 8years working with children in the dance industry. You’ll see Tahlia in the club as well as reaching out to help with your memberships or enquiries to the gym. Tahlia is passionate about inspiring our young members to fall in love with fitness & finding their passions!
Riley
Party Coordinator
Riley is a friendly & helpful addition to our team! She is our go to girl for all things parties & date nights.
