At MyFirstGym Figtree, your child will get to choose from 60+ engaging classes on our timetable such as martial arts, dance, gymnastics, ninja warrior and more, all taught by awesome professional coaches. Not to mention our functional training program, with our MFGFit 8+ Classes. We have a class for every child 0-15 years old and we can’t wait to welcome you and your family to our club.

Elf on a Shelf Workshop!
THURSDAY 19TH DECEMBER
School is out & it’s time to prepare for christmas! Join us from 9-3pm for Christmas ornament making, Snowman bowling, North Pole ninja adventure, christmas movie’s & fun christmas games! The day will have a recess & lunch break so don’t forget to pack lunch & snacks like school & of course XMAS clothes & dress up is encouraged! Ages 5+ Members $75 & Non Members $80
Santa’s Workshop!
FRIDAY 20TH DECEMBER
Santa is coming!! Drop the kids off for 3 hours of XMAS fun with Letters to santa, Reindeer training obstacle course & Xmas games! 12-3pm Members $40 & Non members $50 don’t forget you BYO lunch, Parents it’s the perfect opportunity to get some last minute shopping done child free!! Ages 4+
Ninja & Nerf

Ninja & Nerf is a popular choice including both our famous Ninja Warrior course as well as some Nerf gun games and activities to fill the day with epic challenges. Tumbling & Tricks
THURSDAY 16TH JANUARY
If you have a little one who loves to leap, twirl, kick flip this camp is for you! It’s set to be a day full of gymnastics and tumbling skills were your little one is sure learn something new. The Floor is Lava!!
MONDAY 20TH JANUARY
THE FLOOR IS LAVA!!!! This is the ultimate challenge and is sure to burn your Child’s energy off this holidays. A popular Half day camp choice leaving you with 3 hours to yourself knowing your child is burning that energy off with our amazing coaches. BYO Lunch.
Parkour Ultimate Tag
TUESDAY 21ST JANUARY
This day has it all! It’s a high energy camp full of activities that will test your child’s physical ability & involve challenges using teamwork to solve the puzzle. School Readiness
WEDNESDAY 22ND JANUARY
MyFirstGym’s School Readiness program has been designed for children who are about to start school and is a great way for them to be introduced to some of the elements of school. It will give them that little boost of confidence they may need to start their school adventure and help them meet new friends that will be attending the same school. It will also give you a sense of relief knowing that they will be well equipped for their first day of school. 4-6yrs.

Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Energetic Emus
3 Year Olds
This class has activities to work on your child’s balance, strength, coordination and body awareness. We will work on the fundamental skills of throwing, catching, kicking and running. This is also an important time to work on fine motor skills and developing their sensory system.
Cheer
Over 4’s
Our Cheer program will teach your children all the exciting elements of cheer! Cheer classes focus on creating routines which incorporate dance, motions, tumbling, chants, and acrobatics! These routines involve teamwork, rhythm, and synchronisation.
MFG Ninja Warrior
Over 4’s
Children will put a series of movements together, such as leaping, diving, and swinging, to move from one obstacle to the next. They will work on their decision making skills to figure out the best way to get from A to B. This is a fun, high intensity class which will improve cardiovascular fitness.
MFG Fit – Strength & Power
8-15 years
MFGFit is Australia’s first functional training program specially built for 8 -15 years old. The MFGFit experience is engineered to supplement and or complement all sports & activities available. It includes functional circuit based training designed to improve speed, endurance, power, agility and strength. See more on the MFGFit web page.

Tahlia
Management
Tahlia has been with us for over 4 years now & works closely with Holly as she assists with the day to day! you may see Tahlia in the club occasionally or she maybe helping with any questions or changes with your membership.
Melvin
Senior Head Coach
Meet Melvin, Melvin is currently studying a Bachelor of Health and Physical education at UOW so he can become a HPE teacher and has a deep passion for inspiring movement in children, he also aspires to become a paramedic one day. He has over 6 years experience in Martial arts on his belt. On the weekend he enjoys skating, going to the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Emmy
Gymnastics & Ninja Warrior
Emmy has been with MyFirstGym for over 3 years now! She has been a gymnast for 17 years & had the opportunity to represent NSW & Australia at different events. This is where her passion for coaching has come from. She is currently studying Nursing at UOW. In her spare time she loves spending time with family & friends.
