Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Tash
Club Manager
Tash, the heart and soul of MyFirstGym. Her fitness journey started on the basketball court as a state representative athlete and coach to which later her love for fitness evolved into the world of competitive bodybuilding. Her combined love for both kids and fitness allows her to encourage movement and discipline but also foster a nurturing environment making MyFirstGym a place of joy, growth, and inspiration.
Kate
Junior Development Coach
Our Junior Development Coach Kate has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Kate’s infectious love for children and their development is the heartbeat of her coaching style and her sessions are about learning while being a playground of fun. Kate’s bubbly personality turns every class into an exciting adventure for our young ones to thrive and enjoy.
Dan
Admin
Meet Dan! With a background in Creative Writing and a love for all things fitness, Dan brings creativity and energy to the gym. His knack for storytelling and engaging kids makes fitness fun and exciting. He loves inspiring little ones to stay active and Dan always adds a spark of imagination to the gym!
