Get ready for an unforgettable day at MyFirstGym Frenchs Forests Open Day! Experience a world of fun with face painting, a sizzling sausage BBQ, and guided tours of our amazing club. This special event is all about exploring our facilities and redeeming a special membership offer, so please note that trial classes won’t be held on this day. Safari Date Night

Friday 10th May

Let your animals run wild! Our Safari Date night will be filled with games, activities and our famous Ninja course. Dress up as your favourite Animal or Safari explorer and join us for a magical night. $45 for members and $60 for Non-members (Dinner included). This Event is 4 years and older.

School Holiday Camps

Parkour and Ninja

Friday 19th April

Join us for a full day of Parkour courses! Children learn specific parkour techniques, including jumps and rolls, to move in a smooth and controlled manner and putting those skills to the test on our famous Ninja course. Our camps run from 8:30am-3:00pm, making it the perfect day out! All children must be 4 years+. Members $80, Non-Members $90. Please bring socks for Wizzy Word.

Ultimate Sports & Ninja

Monday 22nd April

Embark on the ultimate sports and ninja adventure at the MFG Frenchs Forest Team’s action-packed holiday camp! From 8:30 am to 3pm, dive into the thrill of mastering our Ninja Warrior course and honing your sports skills. Baby Explorers
Ages 7-12 Months
Our Baby Explorers will focus on developing their motor skills and coordination. Activities are designed to achieve specific milestones in areas of spatial awareness, exploration, balance and strength.
Dingo Pups
4 Year Olds
Dingo Pups is a fantastic fun class for our 4 year olds to refine their motor skills, increase their strength and coordination, while at the same time, encouraging their emotional, social and cognitive development.
MFG Parkour
Ages 5-7 & 8+
Parkour is a fun, high energy combination of Gymnastics and Ninja Warrior. MFG Parkour will train kids to navigate obstacles as quickly and creatively as possible by running, jumping and climbing.

Our Team

Tash
Club Manager
Tash, the heart and soul of MyFirstGym as our Club Manager. Her fitness journey started on the basketball court as a state representative athlete and coach to which later her love for fitness evolved into the world of competitive bodybuilding. Her combined love for both kids and fitness allows her to encourage movement and discipline but also foster a nurturing environment making MyFirstGym a place of joy, growth, and inspiration.
Willow
Coach and Party Admin
Meet Willow! She was former competitive high jumper and sprinter in the UK. She infuses her athletic energy into coaching and inspiring kids at our gym. With her keen attention to detail and years of experience in the childrens party space, she orchestrates the most lively and memorable celebrations, turning MyFirstGym into a hub of excitement and joy for every child.
Kate
Junior Development Coach
Our spirited Junior Development Coach Kate has a Bachelor’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science. Kate’s infectious love for children and their development is the heartbeat of her coaching style and her sessions are not just about learning but are a playground of fun and laughter. Kate’s bubbly personality turns every class at MyFirstGym into an exciting adventure for our young ones to thrive and enjoy.
